Our F.I.S.T certified bike fitting specialist combines their in-depth knowledge with a passion for cycling to ensure that your bike is perfectly tailored to your body mechanics and riding style. We will work closely with you to make a comprehensive assessment of your biomechanics, and make precise adjustments to your bike and components.
Nutrition plays a crucial role in athletic success.Our certified sports nutrition coach has a deep understanding of how different nutrients impact your energy, endurance, recovery and overall performance. We work closely with our athletes to create a personalized nutrition regimen that aligns with their training goals.
Bianca Pendergrass is a devoted triathlete who has been participating in endurance sports since her early teen years. Growing up with parents who both participate in endurance sports will do that to you! While at a younger age, sports were a ways to gain fitness and physique, she has since gained a tremendous amount of knowledge, respect, and most of all passion for all things endurance sports related.
Bianca's background encompasses triathlon, running, strength training, as well as nutritional coaching for endurance athletes. While Coach Bianca's expertise can pair with any level of athletes, she finds a devotion in helping novice athletes gain their footing in the world of endurance sports, and support those who have not yet reached their full potential.
Bianca's passion for the world of endurance sports was in large part ignited by the incredible achievements of her father's triathlon career. Through encouragement and an enormous support from both of her parents and her spouse, Bianca decided it was time for her to show what she is capable of, therefore she is actively and successfully pursuing her own pathway as an endurance athlete while utilizing her years worth of experience to help others do the same.Bianca's dedication, diligence, and impassioned personality will shine through when working directly with YOU! Bianca is an IRONMANU Certified Triathlon Coach, a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, a Les Mills Certified Strength Instructor, and a dedicated athlete working towards her goals, just like the individuals her and her team coach to their individualized success.
As a military spouse, and a working mother of two boys, she understands that life gets busy and things might not always go as planned, but with Sonoran Endurance Sports Academy her and her team will be with you every step of YOUR journey to success. She is excited to see you at the finish line.
Frank was a physical fitness instructor in the Military and in Law Enforcement for 30 years. About twenty years ago, Ironman Triathlon sparked his interest, and has fascinated him ever since!
Frank started swimming competitively in high school, then moved into running. He has raced marathons, road and mountain bike events, sprints, olympics, half’s and full triathlons across Europe and US.
He combined his vast athletic experience, his 30 years of fitness instruction along with his love of triathlon and started coaching athletes six years ago. Frank uses his wide knowledge base to guide his athletes through the do’s and don’ts of training and racing.
Frank focuses on coaching beginners and athletes racing the half and full distances. He enjoys working with athletes who need an approachable, flexible and emphatic coach that will help them strive and achieve their dream goals, while challenging their day to day life.
Frank is an IRONMANU Certified Triathlon Coach and a certified bike fitter.
